Capital City Reentry Solutions LLC provides structured reentry, transitional living, workforce readiness, and program support services for individuals returning from incarceration and justice-involved environments. Through strategic partnerships, mentorship, accountability, and employment-focused programming, we help individuals build stability, develop life skills, and transition toward long-term independence and self-sufficiency.

Empowering Reentry Through Support & Structure
Our Founders Story
Natasha North is the founder of Capital City Reentry Solutions LLC, a faith-driven organization focused on structured transitional housing, employment readiness, and long-term stability for individuals returning from incarceration in Ohio.
Her passion for this work is deeply personal. As a young mother, Natasha experienced homelessness while raising two small children, including periods of housing instability during harsh winter months. Throughout her life, she has also endured significant trauma and personal loss, including the devastating loss of her 25-year-old daughter. These experiences shaped her compassion, resilience, and unwavering belief that people can rebuild their lives when provided with structure, support, accountability, and opportunity.
Professionally, Natasha has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2007 and has extensive leadership experience in healthcare operations, compliance, training, and documentation. She previously served as a Director of Clinical Reimbursement, overseeing multi-site operational systems, staff education, regulatory compliance, and outcomes-driven processes.
Through Capital City Reentry Solutions, Natasha is committed to building programs that go beyond temporary housing. Her vision is to create structured, employment-focused reentry environments that help individuals develop life skills, stability, accountability, and pathways toward long-term independence and self-sufficiency.
